I got the above game after reading the review. I am shocked that I didn't see these games when they came out so after the review I finally found it. I have it installed but can't get my TM HOTAS throttle to work with it or my TrackIR (Version 4 with version 5 software) to work with it either. I would really appreciate any help with getting these to work. I also have CH Pro Pedals but they aren't working either. I have disconnected them to see if my throttle would work but no joy! I hope someone will help me. Thanks.

Don`t have a TM Hotas, but the game did recognise my MSFF2 joystick and I could change controls to use it.
TIR is only working in mouse emulation mode, as Beach mentioned it.

Where did you find the game? I'm still looking.
Has anyone tried this with an X-52 to know if the throttle works properly?

Look here, for example: http://www.amazon.com/Operation-Air-Assault-2-PC/dp/B0010XVTDS
It is sold by GoGamer.com, so you may have a look there to.

Sorry to hear your HOTAS isn't working with it. Unfortunately the control mapping capabilities (which there are really none) are non-existent in these games. Basically you are stuck with whatever the game recognizes as a controller.

Regarding TIR - yeah..the only way it works is when you are in the cannon mode, and then only if you are using mouse emulation mode. There's no reason not to use it in cannon mode though since you can't use the mouse to do anything else in the game anyway.. biggrin

It is a fun little time diversion. Sometimes it's nice to just boot up a mission and fly a lite sim instead of going through a 20 minute startup sequence. thumbsup And the helo dynamics aren't that bad at all!
