kramer Senior Member Registered: 04/02/02 Posts: 4746 Loc: Ohio,USA.	i just used outlook express with windows xp. now it is gone. what do you recommend for an email program? i tried windows live mail, but i can't get my ISP's email account to work with it.

Mark Aisthorpe Crazy Courier Member Registered: 02/03/02 Posts: 2439 Loc: London UK	I use Windows Live Mail. I didn't have any problems setting it up. It works the same as Outlook Express, go to Tools, Accounts, Add, and enter your e-mail and ISP details. You'l need your ISP's POP3 and SMTP (incoming and outgoing mail) addresses but you should be able to get them off there site. Also try the different authentications for incoming mail and tick/untick authentication for outgoing mail to see what works. A lot of control. I don't like Windows Live Mail, can't even lay it out how I want so it was just downhill after that. In fact, most Windows Live apps are kinda crappy, come to think of it. Movie Maker comes to mind too. I have read about it several times since I like the way WinMail works.
