First I should point out that patch 1.008 is a big step and is a big improvement. The fixed sniper AI makes so much difference now, and the excellent new terrain is a big surprise. The Camel and Dr.1 are excellent planes and are fun to fly with the extra danger introduced with the twitchiness.
Now for my suggestion. When Rise of Flight was first released the number of aircraft included necessitated that the enemies in Russian Roulette consisted of planes from both sides. Now that things have moved on and there is a decent variety of aircraft available for both sides I would love to see Neoqb change the format of the Russian Roulette mission.
1. The opponents are chosen from all available enemy aircraft. So if you fly Entente you get German aircraft as enemies and vice-versa.
2. The order is randomised so that you have no way of knowing what you will be faced with next.
I know this sounds like I am suggesting a quick mission builder but it clearly isn't that versatile. I hope I am not wrong in saying these changes would easy to implement. After all some of the Russian Roulette missions do include a bigger variety of enemies (the Pfalz D.III RR has you fighting SE5As for example).
This would have the benefit of making the Russian Roulette mission much more believable rather than facing friendly aircraft. It would also be a great advertisement for the new addon aircraft. It would give those who haven't bought these addon aircraft a chance to see them in action, and would therefore encourage them to go buy them.
Just a thought
