yes... when you select the race, then before start race...hire and fire... i did it for the ring, went and had lunch, came back we won... he gets half your winnings.

Chuck, I don't see it anywhere. I've even asked my kids to make sure I wasn't blind on "daddy's juice." Is it there in "season" mode? I just started, BTW. I actually brought this thing on the road with me if you can believe that because I didn't get to play with it since I last posted.... Thanks for any help.

It's on the same menu as start race right before the race begins, about halfway down, says "Hire Driver"

Starting Grid
Load Setup
Tune Setup
Assists
Audio
HUD
Quit Race
Is it only available on particular tracks maybe?

Maybe you have to get further in or get to a certain driver level before it becomes available. I haven't tried it yet but I see it there when I start races.

Figured it out: It shows up only after season 1 is complete. I was worried I was gonna have to sit there and drive those endurance races, which means that wouldn't be happening!
