Here's an unusual issue.

My setup is as follows:

Windows7 64 bit, Intel Q9550, nvidia 9800gx2, 4Gb Corsair ram, Thrustmaster Cougar Hotas.
Before we start, I checked all buttons and rotaries are operating correctly in the Cougar Control Panel viewer and the profiling software's axis and key testing functions and everything checked out.

I made a profile some time ago and mapped the "Simple Gauges" and "Field Map" key presses to my Cougar.

Originally (pre- update 1.006) these worked just fine. Now, however, not a chance. After checking through my macro and joystick files numerous times I can find nothing wrong with them. Oddly enough, the Field Map assignment works very erratically and intermittently which is pretty useless. The Simple Gauges assignment does not work at all.
Using the keyboard "M" and "Right Control I" all is well as you'd expect.

Just to make sure, I mapped these functions to other buttons on my joystick and still they would not work. Other commands work fine, just not the map and simple gauges.

In the abscence of any specific solution, I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue either with a Cougar or any other programmable Hotas.

I can live without these functions on the stick, but they can be convenient on occasion.

Thoughts anyone?
