The straps would go underneath and around the back of the thighs and clip on the D-rings on the front of the LPU-21. (kinda hard to explain in text, heh). I always thought LPU-21s were helo life preservers and 23s were for ejection seat a/c. If that's true do you know what the reason is for having the two models? Also, what's v6 mean?
