OK, anyone here think next friday will begin "more regular updates" or is Oleg just messin' with us?

well...he has said that plenty of times in the past and nothing happened...so i would say no...but maybe more than 1 every 5 months!

Christ knows what Oleg was thinking in June when he said the game is 80% finished its clear that its a long way off and still in Alpha. However we might start to see more stuff this time next year when he's into the Beta phase, Oleg is saying the game needs to come out in 2010!

I doubt we will be seeing updates every friday for sometime. Anyway very little is accomplished in a week anyway. Updates will probably increase and their frequency increase as the release get closer.

Oleg answered a coulpe of questions this week, wich is good for us. Hope he'll continue that way ^^

Compared to the silence for the last 5 months the past week has been a blizzard of activity.
I am hoping that the development on SOW continues at a pace where he feels comfortable enough to keep posting regular updates.

the only thing that I find sad is that there is still people that complain about the colors of the sreenshots he show us..... even saying like 10 times that they are tweaking them and they wont be final......

I am hoping as we see more from him it will die down.
From what I have read about past experiences with IL-2 I don't think it will though.
