Thanks for your support

There will also be a new version of JIM for 1.28C.
1.28C now contains the JIM code which means I no longer need to write a special JIMeaw.exe
If a 7217/screentearing victim has the new JIM installed they can set up a mission, save a file, and launch EAW. The new exe will run the JIM stuff if there is a JIM folder in the eaw directory, and if the user chooses an instant mission.
So when EAW is launched they ignore the screentearing, and press Ctrl-Q, which lets them fly an instant mission with exactly the settings they made.
JIM needs seven files to set things up
targets.dat
frntline.dat
loadout.dat
weapons.str
pnames.str
tarnames.str
eaw.tm
The new JIM allows a user to set up a file listing the folders for different scenarios, and to load it. I made a JIMSAW folder with the seven files in it for SAW:
Default start

File selector apperas after clicking "Load a saved scenario list".
I was about to load "SAW.jmf" which I had saved after setting the paths to the JIMSAW folder

Note the change in paths after loading:

Clicking "All set- continue" loads the JIM selection page.

After the settings were made I clicked "Save parameters and exit".
Then I ran OAW128V13 loaded the SAW set-up, launched 1.28C, Ctrl-Q and there I was in my "Rata" about to seriously damage a number of enemy bi-planes

I just want to do a little more testing, then I will upload the new JIM software and post a link.
