Glad to be back, over the last decade my health has been in steady decline, and a week and a half ago I was hit with another blood clot. This time was a really bad one, not that any are ever good, it took me by surprise, my first clot I felt coming on, this one gave me no indication, both happened in the same area of my left arm.

It took a long time to get an ambulance to my house, and by the time I got to the hospital, and my doctor saw me, there was a good chance I might lose my arm. This would be my 20th surgery in ten years. Having lost my left leg in 2005, I did`nt relish the thought of losing my left arm.

In recovery I awoke, and found I still had a left arm, and could feel my fingertips, as well as grip with my hand. I was still not out of the woods as yet, the next few days in the hosp. would yeld results, and set adjustment of my medications. I don`t want to chew your ears off, just wanted to let you know, that when I`m up to par I`ll finish my campaign reports if there`s still interest. Got to rest up a little, all you guys take care. Puts

Rise, Ivan, Rise! Be the Phoenix! It can be done, bro'. I'm a cancer survivor, so I've been there. Eight years now and soaring above the ashes.

Stay well.

I'm on blood pressure medication to try to prevent cardio-vascular problems, other organ failure, stroke, etc. Hopefully, I didn't wait too long to get on it. So far, so good. I went on the South Beach diet a couple of months ago and lost 24 pounds and am feeling quite fit. Cancer, cardio-vascular, heck we each beat the BIG C, we can solve the other. Stay positive, Ivan. Do what you need to do to lick this latest challenge. You're a warrior! Anyone named Ivan Putski is a serious ass-kicking WARRIOR! I have faith in you, bro'!

There isn't a doctor worth his salt who won't admit that attitude can help a lot.

Well looks like I may have to wait a day or so longer. A couple places where staples were removed started bleeding again. I`m on 3 different anti clotting meds, so I bleed pretty freely. Other than giving myself a little more time to heal up, I should be ok.

Can`t wait to get back into the campaign, as so far this has been an interesting start to the mission. I`ll keep everyone posted, when I resume the campaign. Puts

I'm a little concerned now. It's been 2 months since Puts posted. I sincerely hope he is making progress with his unfortunate condition. But even if he can't use his arm to fly, I really hope he's okay otherwise. But then that's easy for me to say not being in his shoes.

I wish you well Puts and I'm sure a lot of the guys here feel the same and hope you get through this.
