I am a new Windows XP computer "pilot" on Flight Sim 2004.

Recently I bought a <Thrustmaster 16000M > joystick to "fly" on the
FS 2004.

QUESTION:
1. How does one set the 12 switches on the base of the <Thrustmaster 16000M > joystick to perform (say) the "wheel brake" function; presently operated by pressing >/ on the keyboard ?

2. For that matter HOW does one set the remaining buttons and the "trigger" on the <Thrustmaster 16000M > joystick for other games ?

NO instructions were included in or ON the original box !

Hi,

2 ways of doing it, but certain of one

Go to your controls assignments in FS 2004, select control you want to assign to your stick, once pop up tells you to press the button to assign control press button you want on the stick.

Second method would be using programming software which might be available for your stick, i know that thrustmaster has best software available, but i am not sure if it applies to your stick. Check at the link below if there software and download manual too

Take care
