... So I just suppose you made a clean install from DVD/CD, which brings naturally the Securom stuff with it.
Ahh... Yes, I made a clean install without altering anything. Welcome back SecureRom. :p
You need to exchange the necessary files as you did before and you are good to go.

Okay, thanks... Need to search the archives to figure out what I did before. It's been *that* long, I have no idea how I got it working without the (stuff) before.

To keep this on track, sort of, did the 4.09m patch alter any existing single-player missions? I ask because I flew one at random to test various settings with the new installation I made and came across a strange occurrence.
Single Player -> Luftwaffe -> Me-262HG-II -> 'Armada from the East' mission
My virtual self got himself head-shot, but my aircraft was trimmed up enough to fly on without me (nothing too odd there). Eventually my aircraft slammed into the ground ... and bounced right back into the air again, and gained speed. After a while the flaming ball was moving over 1000kph (at one point 1400kph), repeatedly hitting the ground and bouncing back as if it were indestructable. Which made me look at the difficulty settings to be sure that my aircraft could indeed be destroyed. Yes, the difficulty settings were properly set. Perhaps that's an old issue with the Kiev map (I know that map has various issues associated with it)... if so, I apologize for taking your time.

Oh, I do appreciate the fact the AA gunners no longer shoot at parachutists. I always found that to be rather rude of them.
