YES, and dont forget the Thrustmaster Flight Control system. It was similar to the Cougar HOTAS except it was plastic wink

Not entirely:

1. You can also use a Rendition V1000 based card.
2. Note that in the V2.0 manual for EF2000, you are installing the Graphics+ version(s): pp 26-27; pp 30-31.
3. Page 26 will note that the Graphics+ version runs in DOS, but must be set up and run from Windows (95, but in XP you can use the compat mode for Win95).

And it only had 4 buttons and was based on the F-4 joystick. This is the one that pre-dated the FLCS. neaner

Regarding hat switch in Super EF2000; I use a USB stick, and this causes the view to go up all the time, and I can't make it stop making it impossible to fly with joystick.

It worked perfectly with my old F-15E Talon stick in game port.

Any ideas on how to disable the hat function?

Sorry, guys, but I've been a SimHQ member since the late 90s. I think my registration date was defaulted to 1/1/01 when they upgraded the forum software!

I've never flown EF2000 with G+, albeit I have seen some screenshots and it certainly looks great. Still fly v2.0 from time to time, as there is no other Eurofighter simulation which comes even close. You have nice 3-D modells, skins and cockpits with the MSFS series, same for Falcon 4.0, even with realistic weaponload configurations and a reasonably realistic flight model, but nothing matches EF2000. Knowing tons of stuff now about the real thing it's actually surprising how close they came with EF2000 in many areas. A pitty that Eurofighter Typhoon was such a mess and that EF2000 never got the same attention as F-22ADF/TAW.
