thanks for testing offer Gustang.

single & multiplayer versions as applicable Vanderstok. planning to have a couple of the mission download links active by the weekend, creek don’t rise. missions use some of the probability/random sequences & concepts introduced yourself & others, mahalo to all. struggle is backtracking to get triggers working properly for the two different mission types.

hoping info on populating the data\Campaigns directory will be released soon, dynamic multiplayer maybe?

I did have Vanders and I created the first mission of a campaign but no one even mentioned that they'd flown the mission (Vert Galand, intro movie etc)

So I'm currently grooving and sod the lot of you, carry on Smile2

I loved your mission. Vert Galand is wonderful. I am sorry you left the project.

Eventually a SPAD 7 will come by to get the apple, cause SPADS can't resist apples. This is how the Entente gets a hold of SPAD 7s, m-kay?

I still think combining forces for an accurate historical campaign would be a good idea. I could easily set up a Google- or Yahoo group to share missions, reference material etc.

It would only work if everyone agrees on the place & perios I guess?

There are other areas of the Front that don't change from 1917 to 1918. Basically anything East of Tahure and North of Arras is fairly constant.

Some links that help the historic approach:

That is some great info Gustang! I also like the terrain near Reims, perhaps near/east of Reims would be a good spot? I just have no clue if there was much activity there in 1918?

Another option would be around Douai. Lots of info on that part of the front I guess...

And what side ofcourse!

I also think it would be nice to have some (combat)flying training missions on a base far behind the lines...

the first one is a book by rickenbacker where he describes several of his missions.
