Logitech has released Logitech Gaming Software version 5.08

G940 software download This is the US link. Other region download links will say 5.06, but are really 5.08, which you can confirm by the file name being 5.08

This version includes a correction to make shift work across stick and throttle, manual calibration for improved accuracy of the mini-stick, and addition of more profiles, including DCS: Black Shark. It is also Windows 7 compliant.

I just have a quick question. Does the stick allow you to just leave the stick as is and program it in the game (i.e. just with DX buttons). If so, how does it handle the three way mode swith, does it triple the number of DX buttons or does the mode switch represent 3 DX buttons or 2 (in the case of cougar)

Thanks,
BT

If you directly assign buttons and skip profiler, it will not recognize modes. It will give you the same button in each mode.

Cheers Mark. The software is coming along nicely now. I'm really enjoying the G940. I didn't realise how much FF adds to a sim. Been a long time CH user, and love their kit. But FF is the way to go for me now.
