As we start fiddeling with the sliders to get the perfect game....lets post what we have so that others may try it to see if they work for us as well.

I will be getting the game tonight and will post some in a few days once I start messing with the game.

Just curious though..who good are the default settings. What would be the top ones to change for the most realistic play.

I just throw it on hardcore and play that way. Seems to work well but sometimes I fiddle with a slider or two if I notice a problem during the previous game.

I have tried the hardcore which seems to work well. I did find this thread and people are reporting good results with them.

Thanks Clown,

This site seems to have a great discussion on sliders. I will give Flyermania's a try as well in the near future and report.

Gave the sliders a try last night and they're really good. First game to actually feel like a real hockey game. I will try them on Be A Pro tonight.

I agree Clown....(sorry, your name cries that out for me)

I was playing on All-star and the score was Calgary 3,,Toronto 2. The goal that won it for Calgary was a wrister from the blueline. Should not have gone in, but I noticed that some have inidicated a fix in the slider that help get rid of these cheesy goals.

But, I almost tied in the at the 3 min mark. However the goalie made a great save on me...oh well.

Overall I am impressed this year with NHL10 (usually had NHL2K series, but liked some of the updates on EA so I gave it a whirl).

These sliders really work good. I did change goalie passing up 1 notch, goalie never passed even on power plays and no one around.
