I have flown the game for a week or so now and every time after a few missions I will get a random freeze up. The screen freezes blank, usually a color ( white, light pink) and I have to shut down the computer to get it to restart ( control alt delete won't clear it) While its running the game is running well. It is a brand new build so all the drivers are current. I have the graphics set high and am running at 1920 x 1200, but it runs well and is only using 45% of capacity on the control panel. Graphic card and processors temps are running well below spec. At first I had the audio effects on high, but set it back down. Am using a sound card, on board audio is disabelled.....any hints?

Processor - Intel Core i7-920, Cooler - Zalman CNPS 99900, MB - EVGA X58 3X SLI, RAM - 3GB RAM Corsair DDR3 1600 Dominator, GFX Card - 896MB DDR3 EVGA GTX 260 Core 216, Soundcard – X-Fi Titanium, HD - WD Velociraptor 300 gig, PSU - Corsair TX750W, Case-CM Storm Snyper, OS – XP SP2

Saw another post on this subject that described the GTX 260 card as running very hot in this game. The default graphics card fan setting was at 40% and ramped up based on heat load. I preset the fan speed to 100% when I start ROF and so far has kept the temps down. May be an issue of the low end fan speed just being too low for this game, and to slow to recover with sudden temp gains...will see!
