Alternate track textures

SLN texture updates for the ISI Nuerburg track.
(No mismatches from using different textures.)

There are also some textures available from Culmone67.

The Culmone67 Nuerburg download includes all the track files, and some don't totally match the originals. I didn't test it for mismatches.
To avoid any possible mismatches, only use the Nuerburg.mas file from the Culmone67 download.
Just tried it - it works. The Culmone67 version of the .mas file is relatively large, but my framerates are fine with it. I'm not sure which textures I like better yet.

each click of boost results in 90 RPM more, 4.2% more fuel burn, and 5% more engine wear

Engine
Baseline engine lifetime at 18,100 RPM: 1 hour, 35 minutes (+/- 0 minutes)
Engine wears twice as fast for every 300 RPM exceedance
Optimum Oil Temp: 106.5
Damage Threshold Oil Temp: 110.5

Don't think so. PF is off in the settings and I think that over rides the mod command.
