Has anyone noticed an issue with the rudder when you drop the gear. I have been flying the A7 missions which are great by the way, but when I drop the landing gear or take off from the carrier, the rudder is locked to the right. I use pedals but they are of no use when the gear is down. Raise the gear and they operate fine. I know the airbrake is set not to lower when the gear is down but the rudder has me stumped.

I just flew both the A-7's (A-7B) missions in the latest set and I have no issues with the rudder. Maybe is a hardware issue or your controll setup. Hope you solved the problem, the A-7 is my favorite dive bombing platform.

Thanks swift375, you hit the nail on the head! I just flew the Loran mission in the F4E and there was the nasty rudder problem rearing it's ugly head. I checked my connections and my rudder plug had worked loose - too much yanking and kicking of the rudders I guess. All is well now, thanks zerocinco for checking it out, gotta maintain the hardware.
