I made the mistake of spending money for the download version (will NEVER do THAT again), followed the rediculous "registration" process, never got an activation email from rof.com, the game will not start, the website will not let me log in, my email has "already registered", yet I can't log in, the game won't start, and the website won't let me log in, and this is a HUGE WASTE OF TIME. I should have saved my money for FOOD instead of wasting it on this crap. There is NO SENSE in having to go through all that garbage to play A FEKKING GAME. No, I don't want a fix, I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Just thought I'd scream a bit and let 777 or whoever know HOW STUPID this "registration" is. For a dam GAME. Rediculous. No WONDER flight simulation as a hobby IS DYING.

Someone will be along shortly to explain just why it is all your fault.

First retrieve your password from the website, using appropriate function.
Second, log in to check if you entered your activation key properly
third, if your activation key is properly set, you will be able to play with your loggin (e-mail) and password.

If you don't want to try this simple "fix", then you should ask your money back to the Aerosoft (and complain directly to them).
Asking this here is useless.

What is a shame is when a new customers reviews a post like this one and then does not purchase ROF because,

"if it can happen to him then it can happen to me".

A players first experience is important, IMHO.

Hopefully, this issue can get sorted quickly.

Not so much a shame Buddye, as a wholly predictable situation as a result of the stupid requirement to be online at all times when playing the sim.

How many more are going to buy a mess like this? Not many to be sure
