With a little tool called fraps ==========> www.fraps.com

This works as well and if you use teamspeak you have the added bonus of displaying the name of the person who's talking

You don't need to have TS running to use this program.
I've noticed TSO is less cpu dependent, so you should get a more accurate reading.
