It worked on my normal Visa credit card. The N.17 award appears in my main screen now and I briefly test flew it after I got it. It looks like it will be fun. It's an attractive little plane too.

Just paid with a Visa debit card. No problems here.

For those of you getting "Declined" messages, call your bank customer service and see if they put a hold on your card when you try to run the transaction. Wells Fargo does this to me every time I try to buy somehting online from another coutry.

I just called them, and sure enough, that's why I got the declined message. They fixed it right away and I was able to purchase.

Hope this helps!

A bit confused...
Why are the SPAD 13 and Fokker D.VII in the shop?
Aren't these flyable from the start?
I understood by Neoqbs recent mail that they gave all western customers the N28 and Alabatros for free.
Did that only include existing customers or will you also get the planes for free if you buy now?

When will the game itself be for sale at their online store? Or is it for planes and such only?

I expect they're keeping every aircraft visible for both current and prospective customers. I like the 3-views and spec sheet for each, handy reference.

You'll see that each plane you already have includes the phrase 'available for you' in the description and there are no 'buy' options for these...the Russian customers got the N17 but we in the US and Europe got the Albatros and N28. Seems to be a decent system IMO, you can only buy planes you don't already have.

Love. You can know all the math in the 'Verse, but take a boat in the air you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she oughtta fall down, tells ya she's hurtin' 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

I also like the short introduction of each airplane on the site. Gives some history I wasn't aware of such as a Japanese manufactured N17.

Used a Visa debit card to make my purchase, transaction went smoothly. Off to fly the N17 ... hopefully without crashing it too many times.

The Store pages look very nice indeed. Not a cluttered jumble of stuff all trying to grab your eye at once, as is usual with most online stores. </me avoids looking Jason in the eye>

You folks did notice the new media link on the main RoF site as well, yes? Tons of nice screenshots and artwork in there.

No problem for me, and the N17 looks and flys great.

Unfortunately, there are silly errors, and it's off putting.

Since it seems that PayPal will be sorted sometime in the future (they've put the logo in the payment choice but you can't use it), I'll wait for when it will be active

Any schedule when we can buy the game itself in the Neoqb shop?

Not for a while. It will be available digitally elsewhere first.

I entered my information and it forwarded me to the verified by visa page at which point it rejected my password and this information appeared on my profile.

Looks Like I was charged 4 times for the plane even though my verified by visa password was rejected. Not sure what that equates to but I'll check the online statement in a few hours once they have had time to run the transactions. They might catch it and only charge me once or they might not charge me at all and reject all 4 transactions. Only time will tell I guess.

p.s. I can still purchase the N17 via the online store which leads me to believe that my account still has not purchased it.

I just got an error message when trying to run my Visa too. I got this error message after filling in all the info and hitting the accept button:
Due to authentification error we are unable to complete your Verified by VISA / 3-D Secure Secure Payment.

And the PayPal link doesn't work. I'm now hesitate to try to run the Visa card again, doesn't look very safe... sure would like to get the plane though..

rabu,

I posted the help info at Chronopay above. I would try to discuss this with them. The process is safe, something is just amiss with your card. I have this happen all the time at GoGamer and the most common resolution is when the customer talks to their bank and finds some kind of hold or conflicting info in their account. Usually, it is impossible for the customer to talk to the processig company as it is at GoGamer, NewEgg, Amazon etc. At least in this case you can talk to Chronopay. I find it unusual, based on 4 years of running an online e-commerce operation, that this is neoqb's fault. Anything is possible, but try talking to Chronopay and your bank and see what they tell you.

As far as PayPal, they mentioned to me in the past that they would not have it, but it looks like maybe they can. It's possibly not integrated yet. I know from experience setting up PayPal on an actual e-commerce site and having it function correctly is not always as easy as you would think.

Thanks, Jason, I didn't read through this whole thread so didn't see your post, on page 4. Maybe you could sticky it some place for others?

I'll give them a call and see what happens, have had no problems with any one else on line, but maybe it's because of the location.

Thanks again,
