9, We've been broadcasting for about 100 years, even if these were travelling at light speed, they would only be half way to Andromeda by now, the broadcasts would however have reached across our galaxy. So they could be on the way ^^

Radio waves
have to travel at the speed of light, so the furthest they've (maybe) gone is about 100 light-years.
Out galaxy is about 100,000 light-years across so our radio waves have hardly gone anywhere at all in the big scheme of things.
The distance to the Amdromeda Galaxy is vastly more than that, so our radio waves haven't even managed a fraction of one percent of the distance to there yet.
