I´ve made a new Installation of EECH complete. That solves the disapear Problem with the Mouse.
But the File 1.12 full in this Forum is corruptet, installation will end at 80% with the File Map17 with extraction and Texture writing.
So i chose the old 1.11 full and patch it to 1.12.

Another Problem:

- Soundloops from AI Pilots like " Jupiter 1.1/1.2 seeking Firing Position" all the Time when im Flying.
- Wingman crashin into my Chopper when i´m in Hovermodus and Wingman returning to Formation.
- Terraintextures will be turn to Grey/White if the Chopper crashes.

My Chopper is going down, Pilot is dead! So i cancel the Campaign, going to Pilot Menu, clicking on "Undo last Mission", reloading last Campaing Save, chosing my Mission go into Cockpit and all Terrainteaxtures will be Grey/White, like the old Black/White TV. Only the Choppers will be couloured.
Cancel the Campaign again, leaving the Game, starting new, loading last Campaign Save, chosing Mission, Terraintextures remain on Grey/White.
Starting a new Campaign in the Theatre Textures will be normal.

edit: Every loaded Savegame will turn to B/W Terrain Textures, only starting a new Campaign and playing without CTD or Reload, the Terrain looks coloured!

edit: To solve the Problem with the disapaering Mouse, set in Option->Graphik->Graphikcard to Automatic. If you have it set Primary Display Driver or your Graphikcard, the Mouse will disapear. This is a Solution for Nvidia Cards. I don´t know it works with ATI Cards just test it.

As above, I have same problem after starting saved game. terrain is b/w or kind of winter-like. Maps were Skagway and Taiwan.

CTD in Hokum/Havoc if im switching from FLIR MFD View to Ground Radar!

Using FLIR to lock on Targets, lost Visual cause of Smoke ( Fire, or Smoke released by Target), switching to Radar and got an CTD.

Theatre Lebanon, Campaign Golan Heights, Blue Side:

On FARP in the Hills, Chopper will Spawn with Tailwheel or Fan in the Ground, so Nose of Chopper is bumping up to Air, without any Damages to Chopper. Landing with this Chopper on other Places will causing in the same Effect, Tail is stucking into Ground and Nose beginning to bumping up.

Testet with AH64/D, Comanche and Blackhawk!

well i would like to report that there is a problems with the maps on campaing in 1.12 when i start a campaign and fly the first mission everything is find, but after save the game and reenter the campaign the map goes on winter texture doesn´t matter what thearer i was flyin a campaign in cuba and is funny to see the campn turnnig snowy ;=), any way i have turned the option ntr=1 on the config inint file and sometimes cure the problem but sometimes not and also i lost all graphics on flir dtv or lltv. i moved back to 1.11.1 and the problem is gone.

and will be rolling back to 1.11.1 using the wut 1.12.0 it is a problem use that?

Thanks. ahh also the borders of the forest become red on this textures and in demo i see no body has check the grond textures are completly gone only the texture of the 3d units and buiding are there.

PS by the way i am using the video card from the motherboard my video card damage and i am saving money to buy a new one but in 1.11.1 i was runnig fine turning donw some of the detail, my system is WIN XP SP3, SIS graphics card 2 GB ram.

Missionbug!

Mission: Insertion
Criteria for Success: Landing on WP

If the Chopper landing before he reaches the WP and rolling the last Metres, mission will be no sucess. U must Lift off and Land exactly in WP radius.


Getting order to takeoff from atfc, after this atfc giving waiting choppers a order to land before i´m in the air. so other choppers land on me and we crash!

AA/AG Missiles from Player or Flightgroup exploding after launch on enemy Jets/ Planes.

Place .eeo files in your COHOKUM/3DDATA/OBJECTS directory and .dds files in your COHOKUM/TEXTURES/GENERAL one.

It would be better if the exes included just those files which are absolutely necessary to run the game.

Put new textures and such in the allMods-package (and that already includes dfang's new FARPs, unless he's made some newer ones recently).

Maybe. But last three years releases (maybe more) were made using different scheme. I doubt I will change the historical custom.

Unfortunately the composer of that *all*Mods-package both has not made available installer script sources (and it seems contains bugs because strange Thumbs.db, .bak and _Kopie von files are included in the installation, and there are other stranges) and does not included significant job of many people in that *all*Mods-package.

I'm not quite sure what you refer to. Closest would probably be the UI backgrounds which are included. I did include those with great hesitation, but the reason was that the text colours had changed in the UI, and didn't match and was hard to read with the old backgrounds. But I would have prefered to keep them out.

And there are also the sound effects. Though they were unfortunately made so that they are required for starting the game.

But I can't think of any other non essential files which are included with the exe.

Yes, unfortunately the original allMods package didn't have it's installer script released, and stopped updating it. Which is why I made a new one last year. I did include all files the old one had, and the new mods I were aware of.

If you know of significant mods that are missing let me know. Or you can get the installer script if you want to add things and release it yourself.

They are not _absolutely_ necessary.

It's direct and clear disinformation. Not all of those files are required.
