I always seem to have a problem when I need to refuel in flight. I never seem to be able to connect. I try and match speed and as I close in I slow down to crawl to the fuel probe thingy. But I seem to either get bounced around so that I never quite get connected.
When it looks like it will connect, the plane starts to turn on me...

So what is the best way to figure this procedure out.
