Was happy with my pace yesterday, qualified half a second faster than PK, however that advantage was eroded to 7 tenths in race 2, and I should have won both of them but unfortunately concentration involving my ipod was to blame, well done David.

If we get Nimrud, Hap, and Chunx into the Sunday mix, its going to be a really competitive series. Several of you fast guys will be battling it out.

Well I had a bit of a shocker. I didn't like the track and I hadn't managed to get anywhere near enough practise time with the cars. Slow + inconsistent = no enjoyment. So I thought I'd bury it in the wall and left. The teething troubles that delayed the start also put me back a bit being chef for my better half so I thought it best to call it a night. Hopefully I'll get some practise in during the week so I'm ready for next weekend.

Good to see a double figure turnout though. Let's hope for even more next time.

Yes, the time needs to go off as planned. I think that was a teething problem with people getting reacquainted with GTR2. I'll strive to hit the mark next Sunday.

Canīt make all the races as Iīm working shifts, but will try my best to attend as many as possible.

A reminder the race servers will be offline for the ArmA event this evening starting around 8 PM eastern time (US) for 4 hours.

A few questions about the tracks:

I'm using NoGrip's GTR2 track download section as a reference here, so:

- Brands Hatch: "2005" or "older conversion"?

- TiAida Okayama: I only see this for Race 07 - is there a GTR2 version somewhere?

- Macau: normal "Macau" or "Macau 2005 GP"?

It says incompatible versions when I try to join the server. I have it set to Sim, and also have the mod installed? I only got the game today though so im pretty clueless? Oh yeah whats the password?
