Well we got together this past evening to try and conquer the four player co-op campaign in Armed Assault 2... we had fun, but their are too many bugs and crashes in this gameplay mode... we eventually got stuck in a cut scene loop and moved on to good ol squad size co-op missions... here's some screens from the co-op campaign...

Mission Start:

and that was the end.. we were rescued, but the cut scene kept playing over and over, we couldn't move on... good action, good fun, but the co-op campaign is a BUST.. thank god squad level co-op missions are the bread and butter of the ArmA series. wink

Very nice Magnum, been playing the demo & ended up getting the game on Steam (couldn't wait for DVD). Started playing some missions in the evening, great stuff....

Very nice shots, Magnum.

Is the campaign really a 'bust' at this point? The story/mission line sounded pretty interesting as well--hope they get it patched up.

Thanks for putting up the shots. If it weren't for real life right now I'd be racing and maybe doing some Arma2 as well, and DCS BS, and.....you get the idea.

Ditto on the night vision star appearance. I thought maybe it was supposed to be mimicking some kind of 'glare' or 'halo' that you get with NVG's, but those last shots appear cartoony to say the least.

biggrin

I've been playing the campaign co-op over the LAN and the scripting is pretty much broken. Looks like we'll have to wait for a patch before the campaign is playable Co-op.
