Framerate??

Really depends on the mission. In free flight, single combat, or the quick missions with only a few targets anywhere from 50-90

Career missions with lots of stuff at the front I ended up lowering my settings to what you see in the last set of screens and get 30-45 over the front.

I had a problem with the onboard sound on my motherboard (Asus P5K with SoundMax chip) that was causing the FPS to drop into single digits but plugging in my USB headset to use a different sound driver fixed that. Unfortunately the drivers for my OB sound are up to date and haven't been updated in over a year so no quick fix there.

It's so much fun to fly. I played the game all weekend (well played and tweaked setting) and only put about 10 minutes in the Fokker. I've just been trying to learn the performance limitations of the Spad, learn how best to fight in it and doing a little barnstorming.

The subject matter has high appeal for me, I really enjoy flying and fighting in these old planes. Dogfights are such close range affairs you can really see how they started off shooting at each other with handguns and what not. Knife fight is almost a literal term in these planes.

I hope neoqb gets dogfight servers out soon because "air quake" will be a blast in these. Hopefully we'll see dogfight servers that also have ground targets and other objectives like you see in IL-2.

By the way, donīt you all think that the overall scenery look a little bit like...old.
Cockpit, aiplane and buildings look great but the scenery tiles look a bit poor even the forest around...
I think Scenery needs some extra work.

Sorry I know you all are gonna nuke me after these comments :-) but this is what I think.

Just my opinion guys. Donīt get mad.

Your entitled to your opinion, but concerning the scenery I think its great.

Hella a job they did placing the buildings, trees, etc.

btw, I'd like to play whatever you think looks better!)

Yeah I know, there are no many sims out there. Maybe I need to watch actual video gameplay.
