Wow, reminds me of the 60s!

Out of curiosity, are you running the game in SLI mode? If so, try using only a single GPU in the Nvidia control panel and see how that affects things if any. Hope you get it sorted!

naa I am not running SLI however, I did jsut upgrade my graphics card this morning to a 285GTX 2GB..havent had a chance to run it yet so I will test it there...may be a graphics card specific problem.
