I have a Saitek X45 with the rudder set to "joy1_axis_T." The problem is that it acts like it is sticking and watching my plane in the F2 view shows the rudder section of the tail staying off center after I have let go of the rocker button on my joystick. Needless to say, this makes taking off quite difficult. Any ideas?

In the windows control panel it acts normally. I push the button and the axis meter shows it moving and when I let go the of the button it is automatically centered.

Well I was finally able to take of while fighting the rudder and landed first try. I would still like to know how to get my rudder not to stick though.

I'm having the same problem with my rocker switch on a Thrustmaster T-Flight HOTAS.
I wondered why I was fighting the stick the whole time! Not to mention, the sensitivity is a tad too touchy...?

So even with pedals it sticks for you? I wonder why we're not seeing this issue more frequently here...?

I am having exactly the same issue with Saitek rudder pedals, the rudder is just stuck to one side, also when I look at it in F2 mode it is sometimes just moving around al on its own. I have no idea why. This is on a new machine using Win7rc as an OS.

I thought it may be the pedals but when I connect them to my XP maxchine I can use them in ROF with no isues at all.

Like another poster mentioned above, surely others are having this issue as well. How we resolve it god only knows!

Check your .map file with the windows editor for "action("RPC_YAW_N",State,joy1_axis_T);" or "action("RPC_YAW_P",State,joy1_axis_T);".

There should be only one of those two, not both. If the rudder is iverted exchange "P" for "N" and vice versa.
