I have ordered my game, and I am about to buy a new joystick. I was looking at the Logitech Force Feedback joystick. Does anybody know the latest on whether RoF supports Force Feedback or plans to support Force Feedback in the future? Does anybody have any experience with Logitech's Force Feedback joystick? Good or bad experience?

Thanks very much,

Gibson

Yes, support FF

No, i just bought Logitech FF joy, not good, i hate it.

It have so little movement area that is almost impossible to fly with it. It's really too sensitive, move a little and plane reacts too fast.

You may try to make sensitive adjustments with Wingman Profiler but even if you make adjustments it's way too sensitive.

I had a FF joystick, but it never really worked right, it broke fast.. Blech.. don't get one, unless you want to buy another one in a month or so.

On the other hand my SWFFB2 is very nice and has lasted years in daily use.

Best bit of hardware MS ever made - pity they dropped it, I'd like a spare frown

I got a Sidewinder FFB for free. It's a gameport joystick and the guy I got it from couldn't get it to work with a USB adaptor. I had a multimedia card with a gameport on it and now it works like new.
