I clicked 'Option' after I start a misson but nothing happens.

So I have to quit the game and change settings and go back to the mission which takes

2+ min loading time. This doesn't look good. How do I use in game 'Option'?

Yes, this is true. Just setup before you fly. Sorry that doesn't work yet.

Yes, unfortunatly, the in-flight options menu is disabled for right now.

You'll have to go through the ROF Settings.
