Just curious and would like to hear from those in the know. Once you've connected to NeoQBs servers and had your authentication happen do you still need to be connected to the internet? Does the game periodically check to see if you're still connected throughout your play session or can you disconnect after being verified? Thanks.

From my knowledge game connects to the Internet as soon as you start the game - it checks for update. Later I think it retreats your carrier information in campaign again. But once you set it up first time, you don't have to worry entering anything again.

Once your mission is loaded, you don't have to worry until mission end (and then only if you want to register your mission outcome to the server)

Thanks for the reply, Rama. That's great to hear. I ask because there are times when my wife goes out of town for a few days and I love to drag my "cockpit" into our family room and hookup my rig to our 47" LCD HDTV and play on that. Unfortunately, I don't have internet connection there so it's good to know I can authenticate in my study and then drag it into my family room to play. As far as recording my mission stats, hell no! I don't want the word to see how badly I suck at this. wink Besides, I'm sure it will do it when I have to re-authenticate the next time I want to play.
