A customer has an IR Trackball that he wants to work with YAP. I don't know a thing about them. Does anyone have some information they would post so I can bring him here to read it?

The TIR lights up when the program is loaded, but will not work in game. Little help here from any of you tracker folks?

I got confused with the term "trackball", are we talking about Natural Point TrackIR?

If so, I have TIR4 and worked right away with YAP2, as with most sims. Sorry not being more helpful... can you specified better waht's wrong? Is it working fine with other games? Is there a blue light at the bottom of the TIR when the sim is launched? Is there a yellow one at the top?

If it is the TrackIR 4, mine is working fine. Try editing the HotKeys in the TrackIR program. I know that the default pause for the TrackIR4 uses the F9 or F12 can't remember exactly which key and that could be conflicting with the game.

Thanks for the replies. I have not heard back from the user so perhaps it worked or the user found help elsewhere.

Tracker IR now working for the user. Possible glitch in the hardware first time around, all is now in order. Thanks again.
