Fantastic guide. I'm another who would really appreciate a pdf version. Much rather sit in comfort to study rather than staring at a comp screen. And if it could be made printer friendly, except for the pics/diagrams, all the better. I'm sure it would fly off the shelves....metaphorically speaking.
