Just had a squadmate report some rather steep prices on the Canadian site ... 33% shipping on top of the price of the game? That pricing just cost you a Canadian customer.

Sandman,

1. Which site?

2. You understand that we have no control over what companies charge for the product or shipping correct?

A question on the size of the packaging. Is it just a DVD case or a box? If its a box, what are its dimensions?
I will order several copies for friends in Germany and have to send them to 'em by post. A DVD case would fit into a large letter. That would be cheaper than a regular parcel.
So it would be nice to know.

At NCIX, cheapest shipping is by Canada Post - $12.95. Canada Post charges $8.65 for 3 day delivery, or $10.97 for 1 day delivery. At worst, that's $4.30 for handling - par for the course, I think, and cheaper in time and gas than going to the store.

Ordered my copy. Now I can start complaining with a clear conscience. Smile2

It's in a DVD case with a Sleeve over it. The usual dimensions 5.25" x 7" x .5".

I've dealt with NCIX quite a few times over the years. They always have the product out the next day, and even if I've ordered regular purlator ground it's often sent air and arrives in two days.
They quite often offer free shipping if you purchase a $10 or $20 gift card, this promotion doesn't run all the time but search "gift card" on their site, if your considering future purchases.

Cheers
Fawlty

I wish they'd hurry up with the download version.

I don't want to risk the import tax. And I'm really not bothered about a box and a few bits of paper.
