any who I ran the mission as is from update version 1009

I get no weapons or I gues there deafault but I had fun with the guns.










I got me a mission success out of it and killed 3 sand pans.. lol

Looks like the "ordies" missed 303 (and maybe a few other a/c) when they were loading bombs. Thank goodness scooters had 20mm cannon.

DO NOT Patch YAP2 to Oct 08, it will pooch your game. No weps among other gremlins. The required patches are supplied with your initial disk.

as i stated before im on Vista 64 and those fixes don't work. I can not save game and as soon as i press esc; shft+esc;cntrl+esc... I get CTD, no way to save the missions... That's why the game is pooched....But after patched 08 game is working fine. Those fixes ya'll navigated me to did'nt work.

Do you have something else I can try?

Edit the VietnamCE_DATA.INI and change where you see UseEffectShader=TRUE to UseEffectShader=FALSE.

That has already been sent to me and it didn't work I get flahing screens and mouse trail when I do that.
maybe ATI does not support this game?
