I can't get it to start I see it initilizes but then stops and goes back to desk top.

Vista 64 bit all properties and value are set i.e. run as admin

ok got it to start now I have mouse trails all over and bad video flickering

fixed that with the updates and roll back to ATI 9.4 drvrs.
