Hey guys... I made my purchase last night, so I am eager to get my hands on this product.

Now for my "pre-noob" question: are the airfields and flight decks really so active (interactive) with vehicles and personnel? The screen shots look so alive, and even if all the objects are static the emmersion factor (environmentally) looks waaaay kool. But I have imagined being taxied and launched by animated crew, but that can't be right can it?

Okay okay so maybe it wasn't quite a question... maybe I'm just thinking out loud (text).

either way.. Wow. (salute)

RavenOne out

Nope. They are cigar store Indians.

If you are playing the game from the cockpit, you won't notice any of this stuff. You will be much too busy. If you are strolling around looking at things, you will see that the USS Ticonderoga hasn't got a keel yet it doesn't sink! And the ocean? It's one pixel deep.

When you are bringing an F-4 or RA-5C in to trap, I will bet you a beer you won't notice that nobody is really moving out there.

05,
I'd bet that same beer that you're right. It looks great just to have realistic objects in the sim environment. (cheers)!

I had to ask. Can't wait!

Thanks
