When running installer i keep getting error message "DataError: Cyclic Redundancy Error". Any advice?
I'm running Vista so of course I'm not surprised that something that should be simple isn't.

I checked what CRC error relates to. Could be corrupt data on disc. Now I look at disk and there's a real odd hand shaped buble or warp on the data side.
I guess I'll return.

That's what to do. Several have been returned with a mar on them. I think there is a machine the Post Office uses that does that. It doesn't seem to do it to the WOV CD's so apparently our printer is using inferior materials. Send it back.
