I just clicked on all the pictures and nothing happened this time. Good job on the manual!

It's interesting but it seems like you're leaving some things out in terms of cost. primarily how long it took you to do the whole project. I don't know about you but printing any sizable manual double sided on a normal printer is a real nightmare. I usually do it by printing maybe 20 sheets at a time on one side and then once they're printed I turn the paper over and print them on the other and then pray (and I mean PRAY!) that the printer only grabs one sheet at a time and that I entered the page numbers correctly and selected the right attributes for printing. You screw up with any of that and it's usually a lot swearing and lots of crumpled paper thrown (rather vigorously) away.

In the end I figure it's worth the money to buy the manual just for that reason alone.

Out of curiosity how did you assemble the pages in the ring binder? I'm assuming you bought the paper with those holes pre-punched but I don't know if you would manually thread the ring through the holes and then maybe bend the end to prevent it from unthreading itself or if there is some sort of mechanical device that aides in doing that.

... From what I gather, He went to an officer store with the printed manual and asked them to bind it.
