On tues 23 March 09 at 2000hrs We will be standing up a Pacific Fighters Squadron. VMF(N) 531 Grey Ghosts. We will be flying the F4U-A Corsair. Although not historically accurate, we're looking to have some fun with it.

The actual squadron were established on November 16, 1942 and flew North American SNJ-4 Texans and SB2A-4 Brewster Buccaneers later augmented with Lockheed Ventura PV-ls.

We'd like to take this opportunity to ask any and all non assigned Aviators, or assigned, looking for some fun if interested, join us in the Hyper Lobby for some good clean fun.

We've been flying over the years, Jane's F/A 18, Wings Over Vietnam, even a couple missions in Falcon 4.0. Thought we'd get our hands dirty with this now. Anyway, looking forward to some sleepless nights!
