120L44 Rheinmetall in SB Pro PE. Popping tanks at 3km never gets dull with it.

I'll go with the 30 mm GAU-8/A Avenger Gatling gun fitted to a Hog and firing a party mix of AP and HE rounds. Seconded! I loved it the first time I lit up a tank and saw all the sparks flying off it in LOMAC.

Back in my Rainbow Six days I used to love the TMP with extended mag. When I played SoE's Planetside my favourite weapon was the Lancer Anti-Vehicle weapon until they nerfed it. Then it was the bolt driver (sniper rifle). When I played Day of Defeat I loved using the heavy weapons. M-1919 and the MG-42 were awesome. I used the MG-42/34 a lot in Red Orchestra too. Nowadays I'd have to go with the lancer from GoW since all I've got for gaming is the Xbox. When I played CoD I was always trying for the knife kills haha. I like to see my digital opponent's face as I slide my digital blade in.
Ever forward!

The fantastic animation for knife attacks in CoD4 didn't hurt either. I've never been much for melee attacks in FPS's until that knife.

Lightsaber - unbeatable G-3 Assault rifle - Lean, mean, powerful and sexy killing machine Ak-74/M/107 with PSO-1 scope - Flexibility of a great Assault Rifle with extended operational range. Don't care much for the ACOG though. I'm also a crackshot with the M136 in ArmA, great little weapon. I never use the Javelin. M-1 Carbine - Does it really need justification ? Gewher 43 - the king of all Wehrmacht rifles. M-14 - I don't know, I just love that rifle in most games when it's available. The .12 gauge combat shotgun with the drum magazine in Fallout3 - Can't fire back with your head blown off, now can you mer Super Mutant ? Claymores in Oblivion - Keep you safe from shorter swords while combining the effects of a sword and a hammer.
In flightsims, anything with 20mm explosive shells. The .50 an .303 Allied MGs are rather hard to do proper damage with, and those early German MGs are just good to help you aim better with your cannons. Anyhting beyound 20mm is too short-ranged and hard to aim which is a serious drawback.
Cheers

Nico I used the M-14 a lot in Raven Shield. Very accurate with great stopping power.

M107 in ArmA at close quarters! When you run out of ammo, it makes a great club.

95% of my shooting in Joint Ops is done with either the M2 .50, Mk19 40mm, or Stinger.

oh yeah, Acheron and Nirvana aka long-sword soul edge and pistol sword: Cervantes' weapons from soulcalibur. Nothing like stabbing someone in the gut then shooting them into the air from your hilt-pistol :P

Favorite Weapon: Thermonuclear weapons. There is no problem small enough that it cannot be solved by the generous use of thermonuclear force. The most recent game I remember where I was able to use nukes was Rise of Nations. It was fun but you had to be sure that you developed your nuke shield ASAP so YOU wouldn't get blown away.
