Hi,

I am considering buying BS. I remember reading that there was an english and cyrillic cockpit. I have yet to see any screenshots of the english and wanted to know if all of the labels are changed to english. Please don't beat me up, but this would probably be a deal breaker for me if I had to learn cyrillic.....though I would just wait for the A-10!

If someone could post some screen shots I would appreciate it.

Thanks

I am not sure if the cockpit graphics can change, but there are tooltips (ala MSFS) that pop up when you hover over switches with the mouse pointer to help you out. Those can be in either Russian or English.

If you like helo sims, this is simply a must have.
It can be in ancient Greek for all I care!

If what you mean is are the buttons writen in english?? Yes they are if you have the english version of the game. In other words the "lights" switch reads "Lights"... its not written in Russian.

Yep, they be in English!

The funny thing is that I have no problem with foreign languages in WWII planes, but when it's analog dials and a few levers it's easy to figure out.

If they didn't have an English cockpit, I wouldn't have bought the sim.

And a big notworthy to our friends that aren't native to the English or Russian speaking world.

If they lurk around here they probably know enough English to understand the Knob-english in the Cockpit. biggrin
