this is the first public release of my Tomcat mod (new F-14D cockpits + loadouts + some goodies)

IMPORTANT: You need a TSH 3.06 install and you must activate "Multi-"Cockpits in the TSH patch.

It crashes all the time.

I put the "mods"-folder and the setup.exe file in the root directory, install the setup-thing and launch the mod-enabler and activate a cockpit (tried both) but when I launch the game it CTD's. And all objects in the reference menu, instant action, mission builder are not to be found anywhere (eq, the game can't find 3d objects nor plugins for the game to use)...

Strange – I thought I got rid of that nasty CTD bug….

- when does it CTD – at the game start or when you enter the 3d world ?
- do you have a TSH 3.06 install ?

Since ToS's F-14 mod does not modify the F18 executable, there should be no conflict between the two.

Having CTD problems too.

It CTD's right after the loadingscreen and I got 3.06 installed. I'll try folder you uploaded.

Edit: Yeah, know it seems to be fixed. But what is the "SW-command" so I can use the RIO-pit?

I believe the readme files aren't very clear on that. Correct me if I'm mistaken, but these cockpits are switched using the VR_CPIT_DETAIL command, just like TSH cockpit switching has been since it was introduced. The defaukt keystroke for this command is ALT+/.

The SW_VIEW command is the TSHv3 command for toggling the TSH wideview cockpit on and off. It has no default keystroke.

I´ll make a new package with a corrected Readme (also forgot to mention that it requires a TSH 3.06 install) and the hotfix for the CTD problem...but it will take a few days (I have no access to my game rig this week).

In the meantime: everyboby who suffers from CTD´s please use this hotfix: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=174NKWY1 (it´s a normal TSH 3.06 objects folder - I´ve no clue why it doesn´t work on certain installs)

the provided carrier qual missions (in the training section) are for the iraq theather
