Hello!

I've just updated the Exporter and Converters. You can download them from EECHCentral.

Exporter:
Now objects exported refer to the correct textures
- index shift has been eliminated
- "camoflage" attribute of textures is not lost now
Added support of "detailed" polygons.
Added support of texture animation and luminosity texture animation.

LWO2EEO converter:
Added support of "detailed" polygons.
Added limited support of texture and liminosity texture animation (no new animation can be loaded for now, just existing may be utilized).

Guts of the changes are described here

That's great. I'm looking forward to trying that out. Very much appreciated. Could you use this to animate the trees or even substitute the tree textures randomly or with a pattern?

I'm wondering if the animation of the soldiers is done with Lightwave? Something I've seen I think called bones and you specify all the positions with frames and a timeline?

Not for now. Importing of new texture animation is not supported yet. But if you need it - it's easy to be added.
For example, create several trees textures and we'll try to make them appear simultaneously.

Object motion has been supported for a long time. But no bones if I understand this correctly, just positions [nearly] every frame.
Retractable gears, rotating afterburner, steering wheels - all of them worked originally.

Sounds good.
