Liking the allmods - but could do without the "doo doo, we're hit!" - actually if it said that I could live with it. Without a ton of debate about profanity - does anyone know how I can remove it?

thanks in advance

I think it is pretty simple - there are some .wav files or something like that somewhere in the directory tree. The effects you are hearing are from Longbow 2 - they were ported over to EECH about a year or two ago.

Not questioning your stand on profanity but I bet you'd say a lot worse if you just had a SAM up the tail pipe smile

Speaking for myself, if you've ever had your three year old yell something like "Okay Daddy, let's play some f***ing music!!" in front of the extended family because he walked up on you one single time three months earlier as you were watching a youtube video on speakers of some band in the recording studio, it kind of opens your eyes as to why people might want to know when to expect profanity and be able to shut it off if necessary. Kids pick up all the wrong things. biggrin

Since I'm the music guy in the family it was pretty obvious he didn't get it from c'beebies...

I believe it's the same as a .wav file minus the headers. Audacity should be able to handle it.

Creative's Wave Studio will also edit it.

I've tried several programs and couldn't get the pcm files open. Can anyone help me? I do not want the profanity in my EECH either.

Update:

Right after I typed this message I think I figured it out and was able to edit the couple of files I was looking for.
