Has ANYONE received their log-in information yet, or any communication from the YAP devs? I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

You aren't missing anything yet. We will input the usernames this evening and email that and the rebates. CD's will start arriving today or tomorrow, I think.

We had to delay a bit while several identity thefts were reversed at Paypal. (Is it a compliment when someone commits a felony to steal your video game?)

Okay. Everyone...or nearly everyone...should have their username/password. Every YAP1 customer should have his coupon taken care of.

Now, let's talk about what's inside the member area. Since you cannot play until tomorrow when your CD's arrive, why not take a look at the briefing for the first mission which is the raid on the Quang Khe Ferry.

The briefing folder is like before but maybe a little spiffier. What you need to know about the mission is in there.

Then there is the Target Area. This will take you to the actual target. Save these things when Google Earth asks you. It will save time in the future. But that's it.

Then take a look at the actual mission map. Find the ferry area. Imagine your approach. Then when you fly it, you will be fairly amazed at how closely it approximates the real world at the time. You break out of the deck and there is the ferry and there are your targets.

What you need to know about the airplane is on the Hangar screen (nice, huh?) Even little things like the key to open the canopy. You can also go back to the briefing at any time during the mission.

So look at the rest of them.

But tomorrow???? Fly the practice missons first or your first landing will be in the Tonkien Gulf.

Thanks for the rebate. I didn't expect to get it, since I opted to pay the full price regarding whether I would get a rebate or not. Nice gesture and the money will go in the next mission set.

Regarding the username/pasword mail. Didn't get it also, checked spambox(es).
Sometimes email can be rather slow and/or bulk email can be easily flagged as spam.
In the end everything will come alright either way so no worries.

Zerocinco, I'm confused, why should we get a username and password for the member page by mail.. I thought that the email adres and paypal ID were used as username and password.

Haven't seen anything yet.. placed my order on monday.

05 passed me over the names of the members last night. Unfortunately, he's west, I'm east which meant bedtime for Bonzo. I'll begin uploading and sending emails tonight when I get in from work.
Sorry for the delay guys.

Take your time Deuces as you certainly will not be behind the US Postal service. Now, where did I put that can of "patience"?
