Sorry I am unaware of any version by that title, so I will have to say no. If you are talking about SF2, again no it is not.

I believe Wedge was referring to the fact the TK is planning on updating Wings over Vietnam just as he did with Strike Fighters. Last I heard it was the next title that he was updating. Interesting question, I was wondering the same as well.
