Heh. This is just a trial practice intro of a video I'm working on, didn't even get the Fjords (will be in the final version)...

Not quite as nice as those absolutely stunning pics, but I see where DID got their inspiration. Too bad it was almost 15 years ago.

This is why we need sims like MSFS. I can't think of a more boring landscape than FL, USA. The frequent trip to Louisiana is equally as boring. NOTHING to see, nothing but flat asphalt, and flying over it isn't any better.

Flight sims provide a way to escape to beautiful and exotic places, they're not always about war.

You got some lovely shots there Semmern; reminds me of one of the reasons why I'm going back to Norway. The Lofotens at around the height of summer are equally spectacular.

Did you navigate using the GPS or with more traditional equipment - VOR, NDB - as well?
