Mark,
That's a slick piece of work. Much appreciated.

It seems to be working fine, although it'll take a long time to try out all the features.

Thank you very much for the compliment and for the code which of course is the "brains" of the program.
The only 'issues' I've seen were:
1. A 'registry setting' warning on the first run....but I did have a previous version of the program on this PC though and I ignored the advice (as usual) to remove it.
2. On the 'TAW' tab at the lower left, the program automatically fills in the 'Path', but leaves the 'File name' field blank on first running. The 'problem' is that until an .exe for TAW is selected, the program will give a warning every time you try and do something. It might be better to default this field to point to _f22.exe?
Both problems are due to a Registry setting incompatibility with the incomplete "first" version (this being the first real installable finished version). I didn't take any incompatibles into account this time (i.e. a string value where an integer is expected), although normally I do between releases. Any time my programs run into this problem, they attempt to reset their Registry values to good values and then the program restarts itself. You can do this manually from the pull-down menu with
Settings > Registry > Reset.
In the rare case the problem keeps the program from starting (which would take Registry sabotage), you can run ...\TAW Texture Manager\Support\Reset.exe to clear all values outside of the program. The reason I have multiple options is because users come in all skill levels, but it's always best if your program can correct itself without much hassle other than resetting up your settings. Of course the power user can use Windows RegEdit.exe and delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TAW Texture Manager, the program will just think it's being run for the first time.
My fault, I never mentioned clearing the Registry settings, but it sounds like the program fixed itself (always a good thing

).
On a relative note, remember that once you have everything setup the way you like, use
Settings > Export from the pull-down menu for importing your settings later. This includes your current Queue and Folder. Note that you can choose which settings to import on the Import Settings dialog box, usually I just choose all of them.
As the 'TAW Texture Manager', I'd say that this program is finished and we need to move on to something else. The only extra feature I would selfishly like would be to add the EF2000 palettes to the palette list, maybe as another radio button in the 'Colour palette' frame.
Maybe this can be done already?
You want me to add something to "TAW ..." for EF2000?? Heh, you don't have to twist my arm to get EF2K involved.

Sure, we can do this.
Thanks again for this utility, the attention to detail is amazing, even down to spelling 'Colour' correctly.
Well...it's the same with Left/”Centre”/Right in HUD Options, I'm just going with the game's spelling, a must sometimes when a setting is read right off the text box. But normally I wouldn't spell like this in my programmes.
